Shipping Policy

Custom Jewelry Manufacturing

Each custom jewelry piece takes approximately 3 business weeks to create. Once manufacturing is complete, we will seek your confirmation before shipping.

Shipping and Delivery

Your order will be delivered within 3 weeks in total, including both manufacturing and shipping time. Please be aware that Lyra Diamonds is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather or other unforeseen conditions. We do not ship to PO boxes. If the customer changes the delivery address with the shipping company while the parcel is in transit, the customer will be responsible for any resulting delivery delays.

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery to your address. Note that the customer is responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by local authorities.

Product Changes

If the customer wishes to make any changes to the product before shipment, the manufacturing time will restart from day one.

Delivery Assurance

While we offer guaranteed delivery and prioritize creating your ring on an urgent basis, please note that any delays caused by the shipping company are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for this situation. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
